This swimming pool is surrounded by a large exotic wooden terrace of 220 m2 with shower area in banana trees and a small floral garden.

Gym equipped with professional equipment (MATRIX): rower, elliptical trainer, bike, bench bench press with weights and dumbbells.
Includes its bathroom and WC. It faces the swimming pool.
